Dr Sue Watson is an experienced leadership development expert who draws on her own leadership experience and her academic background in education and research to develop and deliver highly engaging and effective leadership development programmes. She is motivated by her purpose:  inspiring and equipping the next generation of female leaders.

Sue has worked with a wide range of current and aspiring female leaders across the public, private and not for profit sectors. Facilitating workshops and working with women one to one has given her a strong insight into the complex challenges that women face as they navigate their way through the talent pipeline. Sue believes that leadership is a way of thinking and behaving as much as a formal role and she supports women to reflect on their leadership identity and practice. Her work is founded on a strong research base and insights gained from working with a wide range of organisations as they seek to develop their leadership capability.

Sue’s approach is highly engaging and inspiring and she is skilled at creating empowering learning experiences where participants feel safe to contribute and be challenged.
