Megan Ibrahim, Acting General Manager, Women & Leadership Australia

“We believe that supporting a greater percentage of women to step up into leadership across all vocations and industries will have tremendous cultural and economic benefits.

And we support people of all genders and identities to grow their leadership potential and strive to provide inclusive, encouraging and productive learning environments for all.

Connecting and developing Australia’s women leaders, creating space for us all to listen, learn, reflect and improve, will create a powerful push for awareness and action and contribute to further equity for women and diverse groups across Australia.”

As part of our commitment to equity, we offer a number of full attendance grants for our Symposiums each year, to support individuals facing additional barriers to participation.
