Experience
Samantha Tomkinson began her career as a psychologist in the UK in 2002 after working in a commercial banking environment for several years. She became intrigued by people’s leadership capabilities, team dynamics, people’s differences and strengths and their different approaches to communication.
Samantha has held in-house leadership roles and senior consulting positions as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist for the likes of SHL, Corporate Executive Board and Penna Global. She set up her own NZ based business in 2015, supporting global leaders, high performers and teams in managing their mind and emotions for success.
